The User Group
"Meetups" occur twice a year, and are run by our users to share insights, discuss ideas, and influence the software’s direction. It’s an opportunity to learn what works (and what doesn’t), exchange plans, and facilitate continuous knowledge transfer. Minutes are usually provided from the meeting for those unable to attend.
The CIIM User Group is open to current users of the CIIM, as well as previous system administrators (in a personal capacity), and occasionally to prospective users.

- They usually start in the late morning and are finished by about 5:00 / 5:30 pm, before moving on to a local bar or pub, and are traditionally hosted by a member of the user group.
The typical agenda is:
- Agree feedback for Knowledge Integration (user's only)
- Feed back to Knowledge Integration, and review progress with issues raised at previous meetings
- Share news of progress with / use we are making of our CIIM installations
- Present CIIM-based projects
- Hear about new developments in the CIIM, and the development roadmap, from Knowledge Integration
The User Group's current chair is Dr Rupert Shepherd, currently Collection Information Manager at the National Gallery.
