# Creating and managing CIIM users with Keycloak

**Keycloak** is a user management tool which CIIM uses to manage users and to control their access to different levels of data.

Access Keycloak user management from the main CIIM navigation by clicking on **accounts**. Keycloak will launch and you will be logged in with your current CIIM credentials.
