Each record will display as a block. If a connected image is available, you will see a thumbnail of that; in its absence you’ll see a generic ‘no image available’ placeholder.

In the top left of the image or placeholder, you’ll see an icon indicating the record’s data status, which will be one of the following:

- Public
- Unavailable
- Invalid
- Retained
- Recalled
- Private
- Draft

See [Data status definitions in the glossary](/user-documentation/glossary/glossary-02-data/) for more detail.

Below the image, you’ll see the **object title** and a **unique identifier**.

When you mouseover a block you will also see the **record type** (whether agent or object) and the **date on which it was last processed**.

To see more records in your result set, continue to **scroll down** the page.

To see a full record view for an object, **double-click** it.
