Your search results
Below the three sets of search tools, you can see the results of your current search. By default, the search screen shows all your records.
Each record will display as a block. If a connected image is available, you will see a thumbnail of that; in its absence you’ll see a generic ‘no image available’ placeholder.
In the top left of the image or placeholder, you’ll see an icon indicating the record’s data status, which will be one of the following:
- Public
- Unavailable
- Invalid
- Retained
- Recalled
- Private
- Draft
See Data status definitions in the glossary for more detail.
Below the image, you’ll see the object title and a unique identifier.
When you mouseover a block you will also see the record type (whether agent or object) and the date on which it was last processed.
To see more records in your result set, continue to scroll down the page.
To see a full record view for an object, double-click it.
