Your search screen
The search screen offers a big search box for a keyword search, but it also allows you to modify your search in ways that may help you find what you’re looking for more quickly, or hone in on a subset of your data that you can then search.
By default the search screen will show you all the records that you have in CIIM at the time of your last extraction. The results aren’t paginated, and scrolling down will reveal continually more until you reach the end (although this isn’t a very good way to actually search your data).
You can find the record, or set of records, that you are looking for by using search tools in various combinations.
Your search tools and results are divided into four sets
- Counting and ordering
- Searching and filtering
- Further refining by data status and types
- Your search results
